Normalized Standards & Scores

For most logged exercises, Worked Out Fitness takes your personal information into account to calculate normalized performance scores. Each score is directly comparable to any other score. This means you can compare your performance on two different exercises, or even compare your performance to someone with very different personal information.

Powerful Analytics & Visualization

All data generated by your logged workouts can be graphed and analyzed for progress over time. Data is split into hundreds of useful categories based on exercise type and other factors. Premium users get access to a data comparison graph to easily compare hundreds of metrics against one another.

Any Device

Worked Out Fitness is accessible on any device, not just your phone. This makes it easy to log a workout on your phone and later use your computer to check out your progress.

Workouts

Logging

Workouts can be logged on the fly by adding exercises and choosing what data you want to enter. Exercises can be put into groups to indicate a superset or circuit and are easily rearranged by dragging and dropping using the icon in their top right corner.

Custom Templates

You can also create workout templates. Workout templates can be copied to any workout log, making it easy and convenient to log a frequently used workout. Free users are limited to 3 custom workout templates while premium users can create unlimited custom workout templates.

Premade Templates

In addition to creating your own, templates of popular workouts can be found under Resources. These can be added to your favorites, and from there they can be added directly to workout logs.

Programs

Custom Templates

All of your custom or favorited workout templates can be organized into a routine as part of a program template. Each program template can consist of multiple phases, each with its own series of workouts. Program templates are used to easily add a series of workouts to your calendar. Free users are limited to 1 custom program template while premium users can create unlimited custom program templates.

Premade Templates

In addition to creating your own, templates of popular programs can be found under Resources. Just like with workout templates, these can be added to your favorites, and from there can be added to your calendar.

Calendar

Workouts

All of your custom or favorited workout templates can be added directly to the calendar, either as a standalone workout or as part of a specific program. Once added, they can be moved as needed by dragging and dropping and can link directly to a prefilled workout log.

Programs

All of your custom or favorited program templates can also be added to the calender. Once added, part or all of the program and its affected workouts can be shifted around by dragging and dropping one of its program bars. You can also add additional phases at both the start and end of the program.

Health Data

Basic Metrics

Keep track of basic health metrics like weight, body fat percentage, and resting heart rate. Be sure to record at least your height and weight to take advantage of Worked Out Fitness' normalized score metrics.

Advanced Metrics

If a weight and a body fat percentage are recorded together, AFFMI and a body composition score are calculated. Premium users can record additional metrics like sleep duration and quality, daily caloric intake, and stress level.

Visualization

All health metrics can be visualized over time on an interactive graph. Data is analyzed and change over time is displayed.

Component Overview

See how your overall fitness in the past month compares to the past year. Data is split out by several aspects of physical fitness to show your strengths and areas that could be improved.

Progress Over Time

Every time an exercise is logged, its data is categorized and stored. With an interactive graph, you can view the change over time for hundreds of metrics.

Exercises

Every exercise you've ever logged is listed out and all of its records can be viewed. You can also look at its specific stats in an interactive progress over time graph.

Social

Profiles

Follow your friends to get access to their fitness related records. You'll be able to see their basic fitness stats, calendar, exercise history, workout logs, workout templates, and programs.

Trainers/Clients

Trainers accounts can request other accounts as clients, and trainer accounts can be requested by clients as well. Trainers can access and edit all fitness related records of their clients, as well as assign workouts and programs to them.

Account Types

Free

Free users get access to all core functionality of the site and can log an unlimited number of workouts. They're limited to 3 custom workout templates, 1 custom program template, have ads enabled, and don't have access to certain data visualization and recovery related logging.

Premium

Premium users can create unlimited custom workout and program templates and gain access to additional features like interactive data comparison and recovery related logging. They also do not get shown ads. $1.99/month or $17.99/year.

Trainer

Trainer accounts gain all the benefits of premium users. In addition, they can have clients to whom they can assign programs and workouts as well as access and edit their fitness related records. Clients can be organized into groups to make assigning and scheduling programs and workouts easier. Starts at $4.99/month or $44.99/year.
